When I acquired the Griswold property, I knew immediately what direction I wanted to take. The house had significant potential, but it also came with its own set of challenges. Originally owned by the seller's mother, the home was passed down after her passing, and that's when I stepped in to purchase it. Located in Cambridge, this property presented an exciting opportunity for a home addition and renovation, despite the city's strict building regulations.
